In Texas, commercial construction projects costing $50,000 or more are required to be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) and submitted for plan review and inspection to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.
Both private and publicly funded buildings and facilities must verify compliance with provisions of the Texas Architectural Barriers Act (TABA), Chapter 469, Texas Government Code.
To ensure construction drawings are in compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Expedited review services are available on request.
